Tips To Get Started:

  • Please start by creating a log-in with your email and password. Save this info for next year!
  • 4-H Families please log in with your 4HOnline account.
  • You may add more than one Exhibitor under your email address (spouse, children, etc.).
  • Please use your mailing address during registration. This is where your premium checks will be mailed.
  • Print out your invoice for faster "check-in".
  • Have your animal tag numbers, you will need this to register.
  • Have your YQCA certificate number, you will need this to register. Still need to take your course? Click here https://yqcaprogram.org/
  • Rabbit exhibitors- have a photo of your rabbit's tattoo (all rabbits) and a copy of their pedigree (market rabbits).

Important Online Entry Deadlines (subject to change)

Livestock Entries- Due July 10th

  • Including educational posters for your Market animal as well as public presentations, and record books.

4-H Still Life Entries- Due July 10th

Horse & Dog Entries- Due July 10th

  • 4-H Horse, GC YEP, and 4-H Dog

General Exhibits- Due August 5th

  • Including FFA static exhibits, Pocket Pets, and all other general exhibits.

Online entry deadlines close at 9:59 PM PST on the deadline date. Servers will automatically close. Entries must be complete AND submitted at this time.

Once online registration has closed you will have the opportunity to register general exhibits on-site, the week before Fair. Check our website for more details at www.gcfairgrounds.com/onsiteregistration.

Registration Fees & Exhibitor Passes:

  • Livestock Exhibitor Registration Fee- $10.00 (Bedding & Exhibitor Season Pass)

  • Small Livestock Exhibitor Registration Fee- $5.00 (Per exhibitor NOT per animal)

Your exhibitor pass will be included in your Livestock Packet which will be distributed at CHECK-IN Monday, August 13th.

  • General Exhibitors- There is no registration fee for general exhibits.

Exhibitors may purchase a discounted season pass at the Fair Office. However, you must provide proof of registration at the point of purchase. Stiff life exhibitors are not required to purchase a season pass.

  • Adult Exhibitor- $11 (Ages 18+)
  • Youth Exhibitor- $6 (Ages 8-17)
  • Exhibitors 7 and under are free!

Please note: If you have already purchased camping it includes four (4) Season Passes.
