Note: When you submit your entries, your entries will be locked until they are approved by the Fair Staff. This may cause a delay if you have additional entries or exhibitors to add to your family. For this reason, it is best to register all exhibitors and all entries before proceeding to the Payment section.

  • Consult the appropriate section of the Exhibitor Guide for questions about entry rules before completing your online registration.

Tips for Exhibitors Making Online Entries:

  • Recommended browsers: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Older versions of Internet Explorer may cause unexpected behavior.
  • Register all entries for each exhibitor in the family before proceeding to the Payment section.
  • Be sure to click the "Submit" button when you have completed your entries, even if there are no fees. Entries are not final until they have been submitted.
  • Check your email inbox for a confirmation email with a list of your entries and any related fees.
  • You will receive a second email when your entries have been approved by your fair.

Exhibitor Entry Dates:

  • Open Class Still Exhibits - opens May 1st, 2025, see Exhibitor Guide for closing dates by department
  • Open Class Livestock/Animal Exhibits - opens May 1st, 2025, closes July 15th, 2025
  • 4-H Animals - Deadline June 30th, 2025 for all animal species

Entry Fees:
Entry fees should be sent by check to the Clark County Fair at 17402 NE Delfel Rd, Ridgefield, WA 98642.


Make checks payable to Fairgrounds Site Management Group or FSMG.
Entry fees can be paid by credit/debit card by contacting the Fair Administration office at 564-397-6180.
