Hello and welcome to the 2024 Yellow Medicine County Fair!

We are so excited for you to be exhibiting your projects with us this year.

We ask that you please enter all of your exhibits by Monday, July 21st, this allows us to prepare and print out your tags ahead of time so you do not have to wait at the office.

There are a lot of new changes in the premium book, new classes, and old ones taken out. Please read through carefully so you enter your items in the correct classes.

Open Class check-in at the fair will be only on Wednesday, July 23rd from noon to 4:00 pm. Judging will begin at 5 pm. on Wednesday the 23rd. All Items must be registered and in place by 5 pm sharp. If you are unable to make Wednesday work. Please contact ymcfair@gmail.com or message us on Facebook to set up a time on Tuesday, July 22nd for special arrangements.

- You will bring your exhibits to the fairgrounds, pick up entry tags at the office (already made), and attach them to your projects. Once attached you will bring items over to the Pavillion building to be judged and arranged. Items without a tag will not be judged. If you did not bring an item you registered for please return the tag to the fair board office so we can make adjustments on our end.

- All items and premium checks can be picked up Sunday between 8 am and Noon. Premiums not picked up by this time will be considered a donation to the fair.
